You are responsible for the actions of any persons attending the event with you and you must ensure that they are aware of the risks involved in attending such an event and that they behave and act in a safe manner and do not enter the circuit/track.

Riders and their accomplices accept that motorsport is dangerous and the participation and spectating of such events can result in serious injury or death. In understanding this they participate at their own risk and absolve the organisers supermotoland, the circuits and all their personnel of all responsibilities.

Supermotoland reserves the right to remove any persons who are acting against the interests of safety and/or whose behaviour is likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury.

Supermotoland and its associates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or of property caused or sustained by you as result of attendance at any track day

Insurance:

You MUST have track day medical insurance to cover you specifically for riding a motorbike on a race track at any European Event. This is to ensure that, in the unlikely event of an accident, the proper medical care can be given and if required, repatriation can be provided. You will be required to show proof of your medical cover when signing on at the event.

There are three types of insurance you should consider for a European Track Day:

Track Day medical Insurance
This is mandatory for riding on tracks in Europe.

All customers aged 70 and over must ensure they have the correct accident insurance for Europe

UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC)
As with all holidays abroad, it is always sensible to cover yourself against any unforeseen eventuality, no matter how much you think it will not happen to you. Booking a European Track Day is no different which is why we recommend that you have an GB European Health Card, which is free. All you need is your name, address, and national insurance number.

Personal Travel Insurance
This is optional but highly recommended as, depending on the policy, it could cover you for any travel cost reimbursement, should you be unable to attend for some reason, or for loss of valuables during your trip such as misplaced or stolen items.

Photography and Production of Coverage:

Riders or guests are NOT permitted to take commercial photographs or videos without the prior consent of supermotoland.

Guests are permitted to take still photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional use.

We cannot guarantee attendance of a professional photographer at all our events. Any photos or videos purchased directly from the photographer will adhere to their terms and conditions. Supermotoland cannot be held accountable for any disputes with services provided by the professional photographer.

Force Majeure:

Supermotoland cannot pay any compensation, damages, expenses, costs, losses, or any other amount of any description or otherwise if we have to change or cancel a booking, your booking cannot be provided as agreed, or your booking arrangements prove deficient.

We also cannot pay any compensation if you suffer any loss or damage of any description (including death or personal injury) as a result of circumstances or an event beyond our control (which we could not foresee or avoid even after taking all reasonable care). Such circumstances will usually include cases (whether, actual or threatened) war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, fire, natural or nuclear disaster, bad weather and all similar circumstances.
